Greensboro College

Greensboro College has been a part of the city since 1838 and sits on eighty acres downtown. There are currently about twelve hundred students studying at this institution in a variety of undergraduate and four different Masters programs. If you're interested in working in Aurora dentistry or as a manager in a major corporation, you could get your start at this liberal arts university.

As far a post-secondary schools go, Greensboro College is relatively small and you are ensured a more intimate and personal learning experience than you would get at many other institutions. But this does not mean that you will not be able to find all of the classes you could want or need to learn how to work with a high temperature curtain as a technician or to work in an office in finance. There are thirty-three different degree programs currently being offered and about one thousand varied classes. The school has several different sports teams and on the third floor of the main building is the Brock Historical Museum.

Greensboro College is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and started as a women's college. Now, they open their doors to people of all religions and backgrounds and have students coming in from all over the world. If you're looking at working in air conditioning Hamilton based or as an investment banker in London England than you could get your start here. The average class size is very small at this school, with about fourteen students in each class. The student faculty ratio is only eleven to one.

If you're thinking of applying to Greensboro College then their admission requirements are available on their website. You are required to have at least a 2.5 GPA and a 900 SAT score. This is if you're planning on studying utility locating in an engineering class or music education.
